A thick, smooth honey with a light golden-yellow, slightly opalescent colour, dotted with tiny purple specks of lavender flowers. The sweetness of organic acacia honey is rounded off by lavender's lightly floral, gently bitter and aromatic notes. The aroma is honeyed and delicately floral: calm and balanced.
