What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity depends on the product, the packaging format and the type of cooperation. We agree it individually with each partner.
Do you offer private label production?
Yes. Private label cooperation is possible, subject to an individual agreement and a suitable order volume.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our main markets are the Middle East (GCC), Western Europe, the United States and Canada.
What are the production and delivery lead times?
Lead times depend on the product, the order quantity, the packaging and any personalisation. We confirm the exact lead time in our quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed individually for each order and B2B partnership.
Can I request product samples?
Samples are not sent automatically. For distributor, hotel and trade enquiries we discuss product presentations, samples or a personal meeting individually. Contact us to start the conversation.

What makes the ASELORA portfolio special?
ASELORA brings together classic Hungarian honeys, premium infused honeys, functional honey-based products, honey sticks for children and premium gift collections under one brand: the Heritage Collection, the Infused Honey Collection, the Vital Honey Shot Collection and ASELORA Kids.
Which ingredients are used in the Infused Honey Collection?
The Infused Honey Collection is based on organic acacia honey and premium natural ingredients such as saffron, black seed, rose, date, cardamom and fig, without artificial flavourings.
Are the Vital Honey Shots food supplements or medicines?
The Vital Honey Shots are registered food supplements, not medicines. All six products are notified with the Hungarian National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy (NNGYK); the notification numbers are listed on our Quality & Certifications page.
Why is a Vital Honey Shot so small?
Each Vital Honey Shot is designed as one daily serving: 1 shot = 1 daily serving (12 g). It is a practical, single-serve format.
Why is the Kids Honey Stick 12 g?
We deliberately designed a small, easy-to-handle, controlled portion for children. The 12 g stick is a practical single-serve format.

Which certifications do ASELORA products have?
ASELORA organic products are certified by Biokontroll Hungária (HU-ÖKO-01) under EU Regulation 2018/848, and our honey processing and packaging plant operates a HACCP food safety system. Certificate numbers and downloadable certificates are on our Quality & Certifications page.
Where is ASELORA honey from?
ASELORA is rooted in Nyírbátor, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, in north-eastern Hungary, where the farms connected to our founders manage several hundred hectares of acacia forest.

Can you create custom gift packages for companies and events?
Yes. Our Gift Collection can be tailored for corporate and VIP gifting, hotels, conferences and events, weddings and engagements, and for the Ramadan and Eid season.
Can packaging be personalised?
Yes, for a suitable order volume. Depending on the partner and the occasion we can add a hotel or company logo, your own colours, a custom inscription or message, a name, monogram or date, gold foiling, a custom card or a tailored gift box.
