A thick, smooth honey with a golden-amber colour. The taste is gently sweet and lightly fruity: the honey comes first, followed by the slightly tart notes of goji berry. The aroma is honeyed, with fruity and herbal hints.
The base is organic acacia honey, chosen for its mild, clean sweetness that lets the other ingredients show. Organic goji berry, organic Siberian ginseng and organic guarana powders are blended into it, with added vitamin C, niacin (B3) and pantothenic acid (B5). Guarana naturally contains caffeine.
One 12 g stick a day is the recommended serving. Stir it into a cup of warm, not hot, tea or water: the gentle warmth helps the honey dissolve while keeping its character. Morning tea is the natural moment for it, before the day gets busy.
