A thick, smooth honey with a deep orange colour and amber tones, thanks to chili. The sweetness of organic acacia honey is warmed by gentle spice and heat from chili and ginger, while ginseng adds a characterful, invigorating note. The aroma is honeyed, lightly fruity and spicy.
Organic acacia honey with organic fat-reduced cocoa powder, organic ground ginger, organic Siberian ginseng and chili powder, with added vitamin C, niacin (B3) and pantothenic acid (B5). Cocoa softens the spice into a warm, silky finish.
One 12 g stick a day is the recommended serving. Stir it into a cup of warm, not hot, tea or water: the gentle warmth helps the honey dissolve while keeping its character. It is made for slow evenings: try it in a warm rooibos or spiced tea.
