A thick, smooth honey with a light golden base, deepened by a slightly brownish, darker shade from the ground black seed, which may also give it a fine, grainy texture. The sweet, floral character of organic acacia honey meets the gently spicy, characterful herbal notes of black seed, with a lightly bitter, spiced finish.
Just two organic ingredients: organic acacia honey and organic ground black seed (5%). Nothing else is added.
Stir it into warm, not hot, tea or milk, or use it as a natural sweetener in coffee and other drinks. It is also lovely drizzled over yoghurt or muesli, or used in cakes and desserts, where its herbal note adds depth.
