A thick, smooth honey with a light golden base, enriched by saffron's characteristic yellow-orange hue; the finely dispersed saffron can give it a slight opalescence. The floral sweetness of organic acacia honey is framed by saffron's warm, gently earthy and spicy notes, with a subtle bitterness and an elegant, long finish.
Organic acacia honey and organic ground saffron (0.1%). A small amount is enough: saffron is one of the most intensely aromatic spices there is.
