A thick, smooth honey with a light golden base and a slightly greenish-brown shade from the ground cardamom, which may also give it a fine, grainy texture. The floral sweetness of acacia honey is lifted by cardamom's fresh, citrusy, gently spicy aroma and a bright, lightly tangy note of lemon, with a harmonious finish.
Organic acacia honey, organic ground cardamom (0.5%) and organic lemon juice. Every ingredient is organic.
Stir it into warm, not hot, tea or milk; it is a natural match for black tea, chai and coffee. Use it to sweeten drinks, or spoon it over yoghurt, muesli, cakes and desserts.
